1) Scope of this notice

This notice covers this informational website and inquiries initiated through its contact links. Separate notices may apply to employment applications, commercial agreements and other business activities.

2) Information you provide

This website has no account registration or online checkout. When the contact form is available and you select Send, it submits your name, email address and message through the website server and Google Apps Script to a Google Sheets enquiry log, together with the date received. Typing alone does not submit your details. Email and telephone links open your chosen email or calling application. Opening a link does not send a message automatically.

If you contact Permex, your correspondence may include your name, email address, telephone number, company and the information you choose to share. Provide only the details needed for your inquiry.

3) Browsing, cookies and video

The website does not implement advertising trackers, analytics scripts or cookies for marketing. Its fonts, images and company film are served from the website rather than embedded from social media or video platforms.

Delivering a web page requires technical information such as an IP address, requested URL and browser information. Hosting and network providers may process this information and maintain operational or security logs under their own service arrangements.

4) Purpose and lawful processing

Information in an inquiry is used to understand and respond to your request, discuss products or business opportunities, and maintain relevant correspondence. Depending on the circumstances, processing may be based on your consent, steps requested before entering a contract, a legal obligation or a legitimate interest, subject to applicable safeguards under Philippine law.

5) Recipients, retention and security

Form enquiries are stored in a Google Sheet managed by the website administrator. Google provides the Apps Script and Sheets services used to receive and store them. Access is controlled by the Google account owner. The website server also temporarily tracks submission attempts to limit abuse. Responding to an inquiry may involve relevant Permex personnel and the email, telecommunications or hosting providers used to deliver those services. Disclosure may also be required by applicable law or a lawful request from an authority.

Retention depends on the purpose of the correspondence and applicable business or legal requirements. Contact Permex to ask about the retention period, service providers or safeguards applicable to your information. Avoid sending sensitive documents through a general inquiry email unless requested through an appropriate channel.

6) Your privacy rights

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, and subject to its conditions and exceptions, you may have rights to information, access, correction, objection, erasure or blocking, data portability and damages. You may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent and lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
